Questions we get asked
- What happens at my first appointment?
- We look at your skin, talk through what you have been using at home and what your skin has been doing, then choose the treatment from there. Nothing is decided before we see your skin.
- Do you treat acne, or only give facials?
- Acne is the specialty. Yashira is a certified acne expert with Face Reality Skincare, and clearing skin runs as a course of treatments plus a home routine, not a single facial.
- Can we work together if I am not in Statesville?
- Yes. Virtual Acne Skin Coaching is a 30-minute video session for $50, and your Face Reality products ship straight to you. The consultation fee goes toward those products if you order.
- Do you treat body acne too?
- Back, chest, arms and butt acne are all treated here, either as a single session or as part of the full body acne treatment.
- Is a deposit required?
- Most services take a deposit to hold your time, from $7 on a lip wax up to $100 on microneedling. The deposit goes toward your service.
- How do I book?
- Book online any time. Pick your service and time and you are set.
- What if I need to move my appointment?
- Call or text at least 24 hours ahead and we will move you to the next open time. Later than that, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
